Aaron is a seasoned Marketer and Talent Manager hailing from the suburbs of Detroit, MI.
With nearly 15 years of experience, he has developed a strong expertise in relationship and brand building, along with the creation of high-level marketing materials.
After earning his degree in Advertising, Aaron moved to Los Angeles, where he thrived as an in-house designer for major companies like Disney, CBS, FOX, and Dash Radio. He was recruited to redesign a tech company’s website and all marketing materials to help secure $15 million in Series B funding, which was successfully achieved. Shortly after, Aaron was brought on to the DASH team create executive presentations and investor decks, which played a key role in
securing an $8.8 million seed round. Alongside his day jobs, he built a successful side hustle in freelance appearance booking and brand marketing for prominent figures in the industry.
As the founder of Hustle Matters, a creative marketing agency, Aaron has spent over a decade in entertainment, harnessing the power of storytelling to inspire and engage consumers. He has collaborated with a diverse range of talents, including multi-platinum artist Big Sean, Grammy-winning producer Jason “Problem” Martin, former Bellator MMA and UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, voice actor Sean Schemmel (known for
Goku in Dragon Ball), actor RJ Cyler (Forbes’ ’30 Under 30’), and DJ Skee, among many others.
In 2019, Aaron achieved a milestone by booking 15 actors from television’s Power Rangers for Comic Con Liverpool, resulting in the largest appearance by the Power Rangers ever in the UK.
In 2021, he was recognized by the WMU Haworth College of Business in their "The 30" publication, for his thought leadership and innovation in creative marketing and management. The following year, he received the Emerging Leader Alumni Award, securing his place in Haworth’s history with a commemorative plaque that now hangs in the University's business college.
